Light Workers Recipes and Tools


Each week on the Medicine For Your Spirit Membership program, you will be given some techniques and skills to include or experiment with in your life. We are all beings of light, pure energy and vibration. As we move through the process of living, we can choose to lift our personal energies and the lightworker tools assist in that.

So with this exercise it is purely concentrating on the breath. More detailed information is in membership program.

Allow the body to be comfortable, by sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and just feel the breath as you inhale and exhale. Allow the breath to become deeper.

Set the intention and see/feel/imagine a sphere of light at your crown the very top of your head.
Take a few breaths to give yourself time to ‘feel’ this. Where we set our intention, is where the energy goes.
So take about 10 breaths here to allow that sensation of a ball or sphere of light above your head

Then from that ball see a beam of light move through your head, down the centre line of your body and to just below your feet. Take your time and keep the intention of this light moving down through your body to beneath you feet.

Take about 10 breaths and allow this light/energy to cleanse your central energetic line.

Then take the awareness to beneath your feet and with each breath bring that light up from beneath your feet to the sphere of light above your head.

Take about 10 breaths here

When done, allow the breath to centre in your heart. Before you open your eyes, scan your body and you will feel lighter and more balanced.
