My learnings, rememberings, teachings and experiences have carried me on this wondrous journey of awakening to all that I am, and I wish to share them with you. From the simplest, to more advanced and all that lies in between, giving you the understanding and confidence as well as the choices, as to how far you wish to go with all this information. --Namaste, Raelene My heart began to feel theirs and one day as I wandered to the path, one came flying up to meet me . My heart opened completely in that moment. Since then they have shown up in so many areas of my life. Visiting me at various places on the coast, to the point of 2 of them circling above my home.  Recently one began to hit my roof, then dive into the water outside my home to catch a fish. The Ospreys are a totem of mine and what they signify to me when they show up is freedom, expansive vision, connection to spirit and soul, being in the heart at all moments and reminding me to breath in the present moment.  Everything we need in this life we have, we just have to believe, connect, breath and accept. The grace of flight that these birds exhibit inspires me to allow that energy of divinity, the grace around us, to flow through me in each heartbeat. That is the reason animals or symbols show up regularly in our lives, to make us stop and BE. Let the signs and symbols that appear to you, speak through your heart and give you the inspiration that will take you in, to answer your questions, to let you know that all is well.
