My life has been a journey of rememberings of many past rituals, and ceremonies and ancient skills that we used in times gone by to bring about magic, abundance, power and connection to our world. How we can adapt them to our world now, how we can make them as potent as we choose to, how these simple acts of mindfulness can change so much in ourselves and our world, is what you are able to learn.

My learnings, rememberings, teachings and experiences have carried me on this wondrous journey of awakening to all that I am, and I wish to share them with you.

From the simplest, to more advanced and all that lies in between, giving you the understanding and confidence as well as the choices, as to how far you wish to go with all this information.

Each week I will give you a page of interesting things to contemplate, things to create, ceremonies and rituals to explore, information on many topics and experiences to go with them.

All I ask of you is that you approach this with an open heart, an air of receptivity, a sense of wonderment and a deep respect for the truth of yourself that will ‘remember’ and recall some of these things.

There is also a sense of fun as we create some ‘potions’, a sense of childlike rememberings when we used to concoct ‘brews’, there is also the reverence that you will experience when you begin to connect deeply with nature, hear her messages and begin to resonate at your heart truth.
