"I have known Raelene for about 6 years now, and can honestly say she has been someone I look forward to seeing every month. Raelene has been doing Bowen on me for the last 6 years, and I always felt at peace and energized after her visits and just her presence made me feel "cleansed, at peace and happy". "My experiences of Raelene's ceremonies begins for me even before I arrive there, I know it's going to be special.. I feel excited and privileged to have a friend who reminds me of the sacredness in simplicity and ritual. It's humbling and gentle; soft and strong. Most often they are in the evening... so right from the first steps into the garden and entry space of her home there are candles... always many candles... which sets the beautiful mood and warmth and you know, she has carefully placed each one... and then lit each one... that in itself is a gentle reminder to take time... watch the flickering flame... it's there to light your path... and keep you safe... and brings with it a little bit of magic....then you step inside and usually out to the deck area ... where... there are candles in every direction... flickering invitingly ... the magic is all around... incense has been burning... there's energy bubbling... in each one who arrives.. you can see the joy and excitement on their faces at the opportunity to gather with like-minded souls... but always an appreciation for the one who has made this possible.. she celebrates the sacred in every day.. and it's the sharing and imparting of this wisdom that shines through with the pureness of her heart to show others they can do this too. Raelene, will be dressed beautifully usually with some precious gems about her neck, again, we are reminded... take care, adorn yourself like a Goddess, you're worth it. ... but there is still something more waiting to be discovered... through the doors out to another special place in the garden...Raelene will have created a stunningly beautiful grid of crystals, flowers and candles... it may be in the shape of a heart, or Ithaca Pisces (two circles overlapping with a central very powerful eye), or a star with 5 or 6 points... any number of symbols.... which will have been carefully considered for their particular energy that is desired.... and around this grid we gather.... "Trust was one of issues I went to Sedona with....and I was presented on numerous occasions to let go and trust. The Love and Safety of this group was something I never experienced before.
The Sweat Lodge was another beautiful experience. Going to the Navajo community to sweat with the people was very humbling. Being invited to share a meal and their culture at their home was an honour I will never forget.
